Changing Aggregators

Aggregators are a hierarchy of data elements allowing you to drill down to more specific data. You can add or delete aggregators and reorder them.

The default aggregators for the Remit Summary and Trend Reports are:
  • Payer
  • Group
  • Category
  • Scenario
The default aggregators for the Rejection Summary and Trend Reports are:
  • Reason Category
  • Payer
  • Reason
  • Status Message
  1. Select the eStatus tab.
  2. From the Reports tab select:
    • Remittance for the Remit Summary and Trend Reports.
    • Claims for the Rejection Summary and Trend Reports.
  3. Select the report you want to view.
    The report displays with default search criteria data displaying.
  4. Click Modify Aggregator.
    The Edit Aggregators screen appears.
  5. Check/uncheck the aggregators to display in the results grid.
  6. Drag and drop aggregators in the order to display on the grid by clicking and dragging to the desired order.
  7. Select OK.
    Records matching the entered search criteria display.
