About Claim File Reports
Use the Claim File Report to identify where a claim is in the file transfer process.
The Claim File Report is a listing of the claim files received from the customer with the date and time stamps of that file as it processes through the athenaEDI gateway. It includes when it was confirmed received by recipient of the file and the status of the file. It is used as a log/confirmation to the customer that the file itself was processed.
