About the Eligibility Transaction Summary and Detail Reports
Provides the ability to search and view transactions based on applied filters.
The Eligibility Transaction Summary and Detail Reports provide customers an enhanced view of 270/271 transaction details. Results are grouped by date, TPA, end payer id, payer name, request date, and status. Data is available for a maximum of 12 months. By default, transactions displayed are for the last twelve hours and results display in the grid by transaction date. Data can be sorted in ascending/descending order by selecting column headings.
Data displayed is from processed requests and processed responses. If the processed request is not present, then original request data is shown for the transaction. If processed response is not present, then original response data is shown for the transaction. If the report (Summary or Detail) is viewed before receiving response, status shows as Pending Response.
The Transaction Summary report provides the summary view of eligibility transactions grouped by request date, payer, request type & status. Hovering over the red dot on the Status column shows the error description. Transaction Count and Total Request Count are drill downs allowing you to view the transaction details that added to the count. Once on the Details screen you are able to filter the transactions by selecting Filter Options. The bottom of the Summary Report displays the Page Total and the Report Total (sum of transaction request count across all pages).
The Transaction Detail report provides the detail of eligibility transactions by patient. Hovering over the red dot on the Status column shows the error description. Clicking on the chevron expands the row to display details for the request. The latest processed request and response are always shown. Key data such as payer, patient name, etc is highlighted for ease of identification.
