This report provides a breakout of details for hosted claim manager transactions for a service month for customers that have contracted for HCM.
The Hosted Claim Manager (HCM) Transaction Count report is an end of month report for customers that have contracted for HCM. This report helps customers compare monthly invoices they receive from us by providing further details of their monthly invoices. This report is filtered by service month and displays both HCM Professional and Institutional transactions, if applicable.
