Viewing the AAA Report
- Select the eStatus tab.
- Select Eligibility from the Reports tab.note: To view Eligibility reports you must have access to the Eligibility product. Your system administrator determines what you have access to in User Management.
- Select AAA Volume Reports.
- Select AAA Volume.The report displays with default search criteria data displaying.
- Select Filter Options to enter specific search criteria. Select Advanced Filter to further refine the search criteria.note: Date is available for a maximum of one year from the current date.
- Select Filter.Records matching the entered search criteria display.
- Select the number in the AAA Error Count column to view the request details for that error code.
- Select the chevron on the Details page to expand and view the request and response details with key information highlighted in yellow.
- Select the report title to return to the main AAA Volume report.
- Select Export to download the data on the page to a .csv file.
