About the AAA Volume Report

Use this report to view the total number of transactions for a time period that received an AAA error segment.

AAA Volume report is an eligibility report showing a summary view of the number of AAA error codes and the error percentage for a requested TPA and payer combination . Data is grouped by Date, TPA, Payer, and Request Type. This helps users identify from which payer they are receiving the maximum AAAs and in turn identify the root cause. Hovering over a code in the AAA Error Code column displays the code description.

Clicking on the blue count in the AAA Error Count column displays the Transaction Details for each request. Clicking on the chevron expands the row to display the 270 and 271 details with key information highlighted. Clicking on the AAA Volume title returns you to the main report.

note: To view Eligibility reports you must have access to the Eligibility product. Your system administrator determines what you have access to in User Management.
