View/Cancel eStatus Reports

Use this task to access and view reports in eStatus and cancel a report if it is taking too long to load.

  1. Select the eStatus tab.
  2. Select Reports.
  3. Select the report to view from either the Report List or your Favorite List.
    The report displays with default search criteria data displaying.
  4. Select Filter Options to enter search criteria.
    The main filter parameters appear with default values selected.
  5. Select the filters for specific search criteria.
    1. Optional: select Advanced Filter.
    2. Enter filter criteria.
    3. Select Add Filter. The added advanced filter criteria appear next to the Advanced Filter field on the filter panel.
  6. Select Filter.
    Records matching the entered search criteria display.
    note: If a report is taking too long to load due to the number of records, you can select Cancel and a message displays,
    Requested action has been cancelled. Kindly refine your search to proceed with the intended action
    .
  7. Click the down arrow next to the Practice name to view File Information, File History, Associated Files and Production Control details.
