View/Cancel eStatus Reports
Use this task to access and view reports in eStatus and cancel a report if it is taking too long to load.
- Select the eStatus tab.
- Select Reports.
- Select the report to view from either the Report List or your Favorite List.The report displays with default search criteria data displaying.
- Select Filter Options to enter search criteria.The main filter parameters appear with default values selected.
- Select the filters for specific search criteria.
- Optional: select Advanced Filter.
- Enter filter criteria.
- Select Add Filter. The added advanced filter criteria appear next to the Advanced Filter field on the filter panel.
- Select Filter.Records matching the entered search criteria display.note: If a report is taking too long to load due to the number of records, you can select Cancel and a message displays,
Requested action has been cancelled. Kindly refine your search to proceed with the intended action
. - Click the down arrow next to the Practice name to view File Information, File History, Associated Files and Production Control details.
