The EDI Claims Dashboard enables users an overview of claims metric including data related claim count, status of claims (before adjudication) and current rejections for the user to work on. This information can be used to ensure that claims are moving out of the rejected claim status to the completed status, or to track the number of claims that remain in pending status or the number of electronic versus paper claims.

The dashboard is the landing page upon logging into athenaEDI. Once logged in you will see a pie chart showing claim volume by status. By default totals are shown by count. Included totals are runs, claims, electronic claims, and paper claims. You can drill down on these totals (blue text) to view the respective Claim Report. For example, if you select Electronic Claims you will see the Claim Report for all the electronic claims. A Quick Links panel lets you quickly and easily navigate to the 90 Day Clean Claim Rate report and the 60 Day Late Payment rate report. More links will be available in future releases.

The bottom half of the page displays bar charts of rejections by payors and reasons, displaying the top ten by default. Selecting the count or amount (blue text) displays the respective Claim Report.
