About the Unpaid Claims Tracker Report
This report is used to track claim/charge payment details grouped into different aging groups, with reference to average payment record for each payor.
The Unpaid Claims Tracker report, formerly called the Advanced Payment Tacker report, tracks claim/charge payment details grouped into different aging groups, with reference to average payment record for each payer. This report is based on a matching remit for claims that have been acknowledged and accepted, but no remit. This information can be visualized by grouping data per payer name, end payer ID. This report provides a reference point by when a claim/charge is expected to be paid by, based on customer specific payer payment history. If a claim has not been paid by the reference point based on the historical trends, then the claim will be aggregated into a high action aging group. The Avg Payment Time (Days) column displays the last 60 days historical average by payer. The average time taken for the remitted claims in the last 60 days. The Days columns display claim counts for each payer for those days (i.e. 0-30, 31-60, etc) from date submitted. Included claims are acknowledged, accepted but not yet remitted. Based on the Total filter field, the columns display count, dollar amount, percentage, or a combination. Clicking a hyperlink in the Unpaid Claims Total column on one of the Days columns displays the Claim Report for the specific category of that hyperlink.
