Viewing Eligibility Transaction Reports

Provides the ability to search and view transactions based on applied filters.

Viewing the Eligibility Transaction Summary Report

  1. Select the eStatus tab.
  2. Select Eligibility from the Reports tab.
    note: To view Eligibility reports you must have access to the Eligibility product. Your system administrator determines what you have access to in User Management.
  3. Select Eligibility Transaction Summary Reports.
  4. Select Eligibility Transaction Summary.
    The report displays with default search criteria data displaying.
  5. Select Filter Options to enter specific search criteria. Select Advanced Filter to further refine the search criteria.
  6. Select Filter.
    Records matching the entered search criteria display. The Status column displays the following statuses:
    • Active (green dot)
    • Inactive or Mixed (yellow dot)
    • Error (red dot). Hovering over this status displays a description of the error code.
    • Pending Response (green dot). This is the status if the report (Summary or Detail) is viewed before a receiving response.
  7. Select a count number in the Count column to view the transaction details for selected eligibility transaction row. The count reflects the status count.
  8. Select a count number in the Total Request Count column to view all the transaction details for selected eligibility transaction row. The count reflects the total count for the eligibility transaction row.
  9. Select Eligibility Transaction Summary title to return to the summary report.
  10. Select Export to download the data on the page to a .csv file.

Viewing the Eligibility Transaction Detail Report

  1. Select the eStatus tab.
  2. Select Eligibility from the Reports tab.
    note: To view Eligibility reports you must have access to the Eligibility product. Your system administrator determines what you have access to in User Management.
  3. Select Eligibility Transaction Detail Reports.
  4. Select Eligibility Transaction Detail.
    The report displays with default search criteria data displaying.
  5. Select Filter Options to enter specific search criteria. Select Advanced Filter to further refine the search criteria.
  6. Select Filter.
    Records matching the entered search criteria display. The Status column displays the following statuses:
    • Active (green dot)
    • Inactive or Mixed (yellow dot)
    • Error (red dot). Hovering over this status displays a description of the error code.
    • Pending Response (green dot). This is the status if the report (Summary or Detail) is viewed before a receiving response.
  7. Select the to view transaction details including the processed request and processed response. Key data such as payer, patient name, etc is highlighted.
  8. Select Export to download the data on the page to a .csv file.
