Update Check Status on the Remit Reconciliation Summary Report (non-PRCN clients)
Non-PRCN clients can use the Update R/H action to update check statuses.
- Select the eStatus tab.
- Select Remittance from the Reports tab.
- Select Remit Reconciliation Summary Reports.
- Select Remit Reconciliation Summary.The report displays with default search criteria data displaying.
- Select Filter Options to enter specific search criteria. Select Advanced Filter to further refine the search criteria.
- Select Filter.Records matching the entered search criteria display.
- Use the check box to select the check (or multiple checks) whose status you want to update. The Update R/H action is enabled.
- Select Update R/H.. The Update Check Status screen displays.
- Select R (release) or H (hold) to update the check status, or Cancel to exit out of the screen.
- Select Update. The message, R/H status updated successfully displays. You can confirm/view the status by expanding the row on the report.
