Update Check Status on the Remit Reconciliation Summary Report (non-PRCN clients)

Non-PRCN clients can use the Update R/H action to update check statuses.

  1. Select the eStatus tab.
  2. Select Remittance from the Reports tab.
  3. Select Remit Reconciliation Summary Reports.
  4. Select Remit Reconciliation Summary.
    The report displays with default search criteria data displaying.
  5. Select Filter Options to enter specific search criteria. Select Advanced Filter to further refine the search criteria.
  6. Select Filter.
    Records matching the entered search criteria display.
  7. Use the check box to select the check (or multiple checks) whose status you want to update. The Update R/H action is enabled.
  8. Select Update R/H.. The Update Check Status screen displays.
  9. Select R (release) or H (hold) to update the check status, or Cancel to exit out of the screen.
  10. Select Update. The message, R/H status updated successfully displays. You can confirm/view the status by expanding the row on the report.
