Creating a New GR Route Request for Group Management

This task allows you to create a GR route request including providing a practice code to associate with the request.

To Create a Route Request:

  1. Select a GR link from the Enrollment Required column. Or, use the check box to select multiple rows then select a GR link. The Select Account(s) Screen displays.
  2. Select one or more accounts and select Next. If a route request was previously submitted for an account, a message appears asking if you'd like to resubmit the request. The Route Request Submission Screen appears.
  3. Enter the practice code associated with this request. Multiple codes can be separated by a ','.This is a required field.
    note: If selecting multiple accounts including an Enrollment Required of "Yes," the existing workflow of completing enrollment forms for that payer occurs.
  4. Select Submit to complete the route request or, Skip to skip or end the route request. Skipped GR route requests appear in Linked Payers with a status of GN.
  5. The message, " Route request has been submitted to EDI Services for setup" displays.
    note: The Form Submission Status Screen with the message, "Request submission for the following payers cannot be completed" displays when a request can't be submitted. This occurs when there is no Form ID linked to the GR.
