Searching New Payer Connection Request Forms

Use this task to perform a search on New Payer Connection Request Forms.
  1. Select the New Payer Connection Form tab. The Search New Payer Connection Forms screen appears with forms created for the past seven days.
  2. Select Filter Options to search for specific forms. The Search New Payer Connection Forms screen appears with forms matching the filter selections.
  3. Perform one of the actions on the list:
    To... Do this...
    View the request form Select the icon in the Form Status and Last Update column.
    Update Status Select a Status from the Form Status and Last Update column.
    • Request Created
    • Request Approved
    • Request Denied
    note: Post auto approval (status set to Approved), if status is changed manually to any other status, automatic approval logic is not applied again on this form. This also hold true if the status of the form gets changed on Edit action.
    Perform an action on the form Select an action in the Actions column from the dropdown:
    • Add Note - This is not allowed on the request form with status Approved.
    • Email
    • Download
    • Edit - This is not allowed on the request form with status Approved.
    • View History
    • Print
