Add Payee Name to ERA Search Screen

Payment Reconciliation customers have the option to map a payee taxID to a payee name so that the name displays on the ERA Search screen.

  1. Select the Admin tab then the System Configuration tab.
  2. Select Payment Reconciliation and then Payee Mapping. The Payee Mapping screen appears.
  3. Select Add Payee Name.
  4. At Tax ID* select the Tax Id from the drop-down for which you want to map a name.
  5. At Payee Name* enter the payee name using up to 50 alphanumeric characters.
  6. Click Save. The message, Successfully added new payee map displays.
    note: To view the name in the ERA Search screen you must add the Payee Name column by selecting Add Columns.
