Locked Password

Account Locked

If you attempt to enter your password five times your account becomes locked and an Admin user has to unlock it.

  1. Enter your User ID on the login page.
  2. Upon attempting to enter your password multiple times, the following message appears: Exceeded login attempts You have exceeded the limit on unsuccessful login attempts. Your account is now locked. Please see an EDI Admin user for assistance.
  3. Contact your Admin user to unlock your account.
