- Searching for Records: ERA to Deposit and Deposit to ERA Reconciliation
  Use this task to perform a search for records on the ERA View screen or the Deposit View screen using the main filter parameters and the additional filter parameters. Records will be searched based on both the main and additional filter parameters, if both are entered.

- Manual Reconcile Status Update for Records
  If a record is not auto reconciled, the Reconciliation Status displays No. If you have the user privilege, you can manually update Deposit Reconciliation to ERA or ERA Reconciliation to Deposit. Additionally, you can also manually unreconciled a manually reconciled record.
- Reconcile and Not Release an ERA (Voiding a Single Check)
  Use this task when you need to reconcile a single check and then void it.
- Updating Deposit Type
  Use this task to update the deposit type on a Deposit to ERA Reconciliation record. The system will maintain an audit trail for these updates for future use in the worfklow.
- Updating Unposted Balance to RCM
- Holding Unreconciled ERA in the Gateway
  This task allows you to hold ERAs that are not reconciled from being released to RCM. Enabling this feature is based on the preference set by your administrator.

About Manual Reconcile Status Update for Records

In Payment Reconciliation records can be manually reconciled as long as a record is not released. The status can be flipped from yes>no and no>yes as noted in the below table.
