Logging in to athenaEDI
Logging in to athenaEDI using SSO or aEDI login.
- Navigate to athenaEDI. The athenaEDI log on screen appears.The athenaEDI Login Screen displays the aEDI Login link and the SSO Login link if your organization is using SSO Login.
- Do one of the following:
If Select Your organization has SSO turned on and your administrator has set your account to SSO The SSO Login page displays where you enter your username and password. If you are not setup with an SSO login, you are redirected to sign on with your aEDI login.
If you are setup with an SSO account, but it is inactive you will receive an Inactive User message telling you to contact your administrator.
Your organization has SSO turned on and account is active in Identity Provider repository, but SSO is not mapped in Administration The SSO Login page displays where you enter your username and password. Upon logging in you receive the error, SSO User ID is not mapped and you are redirected to sign on with your aEDI login.
Your organization has SSO turned on and SSO user is setup in Admin. The SSO account is deactivated for the user in Identity Provider repository but, the same is not updated in Admin for the user. The SSO Login page displays where you enter your username and password. Upon logging in you receive an error stating your account is deactivated. You will not be able to log in with aEDI either, receiving the error, SSO Account does not exist. You must contact admin to resolve the error.
Your organization has SSO turned on and account is active in Identity Provider repository, but SSO user is set to inactive in Administration. The SSO Login page displays where you enter your username and password. Upon logging in, you are directed to aEDI main login page where you receive an error stating Inactive User. User is not active. Please contact your EDI administrator for assistance. Your organization is not using SSO Sign on using your aEDI username and password. If you are setup with an aEDI account, but it is inactive you will receive an Inactive User message telling you to contact your administrator. The aEDI Claims Dashboard page displays and you can begin using the application.
