View Claim Status Inquiry Details
Use this task to view CSI details including both claim level and service level information.
- Click Claim Status Inquiry. The Claim Status Inquiry screen appears displaying inquiries for the last 7 days.
- Select a claim number from the Claim No column or use filters to enter specific search criteria. The Claim Detail screen - CSI Response tab displays with all inquiry dates displaying (the most current first) along the top of the screen. The most recent inquiry details display by default.
- Select View More from either the Claim Level or Service Level sections to view further details.
