View Claim Status Inquiry Details

Use this task to view CSI details including both claim level and service level information.

  1. Click Claim Status Inquiry. The Claim Status Inquiry screen appears displaying inquiries for the last 7 days.
  2. Select a claim number from the Claim No column or use filters to enter specific search criteria. The Claim Detail screen - CSI Response tab displays with all inquiry dates displaying (the most current first) along the top of the screen. The most recent inquiry details display by default.
  3. Select View More from either the Claim Level or Service Level sections to view further details.
