Dashboards Screen Element Reference
Describes key screen fields in Dashboards.
| Screen Element | Description |

| Filter (field) |
Displays Default if no filters are applied. Hovering over will show the default filters. Default filters are unique to each report. Displays Applied if filters are selected. Hovering over will show the selected filters. |
| Filter Options (action button) |
Select to expand or collapse the filter criteria. Previous searches are retained and can be added to. |
| Reset to Default (action button) |
Select to reset the search default values for the report in context. |
| Claim Details |
The pie graph and legend display color coding by status, totals, and percentages. You can drill down on some totals (blue text - hyperlinks/drilldown is available on Elec, Paper, and all statuses in the legend)) to view the respective Claim Report. For example, if you select Electronic Claims you will see the Claim Report for all the electronic claims. |
| Current Rejections by Payor | Displays in bar graph format the rejections by payor. Click on the count to display to display the associated Claim Report. Use the dropdown to filter by the top 5, 10, 15, 20 or 25 payors. |
| Current Rejections by Reason | Displays in bar graph format the rejections by reason. Click on the count to display to display the associated Rejection Summary Report with the default aggregators of Status Message, Reason, Payer, and Reason Category. Use the dropdown to filter by the top 5, 10, 15, 20 or 25 reasons. |
