Text to Pay Report

Enter a partial or full account number to filter across multiple files.

Account Balance (column) Account Details Screen

Amount of the patient's balance.

Amount Due (column) Account Details Screen

Patient's amount that is due.

Arrows and Statement Report Screen

Select to expand and view the details and history for the PMS Patient Statement File and the CH Patient Statement Report.

Select to collapse the details and history information.

Payment Report Screen

Select to expand and view the details and history for the Patient Payment file.

Text to Pay Report

Select to expand and view the details and history for the Text to Pay file. Select the file hyperlink to view a list of all the accounts in the files. Each column can be sorted in ascending/descending order.

CHC Payment Type (filter) Payment Details Screen
Filter on the type of payment from CHC (Change Healthcare).
  • All (default)
  • PER (Patient Balance)
  • COP (Copay)
  • POS (POS Collection)
  • PRE (Pre-Payment)
  • COI (Co Ins)
  • TPY (Time Payment)
  • COL (Collections)
  • BDP (Bad Debt POS)
  • DIS (PTPL 10% DISCOUNT)
Date Range (Filter)

Select the calendar icon to select a date range. Or, type specific dates.

Date Received (column) Statement Report Screen

Date the statement file was received from PMS.

Payment Report Screen

Text to Pay Report

Filters on:

Export (action) Select to export the selected file in a .csv format. Data can be saved for further analysis.
File Name (column) Statement Report Screen

Name of the statement file from PMS.

Payment Report Screen

Name of the file as received from Change Healthcare.

Filters based on a file name.

File Status (filter option) Payment Report Screen

Allows the selection of single or multiple values. Values are:

  • All (default)
  • Successfully Received and Downloaded
  • Awaiting Download
  • In Process
  • File Not Downloaded

The default is all selected.

File Status (column) Statement Report Screen
Status of patient statement file sent to CH.
  • Received (initial status) (by EDI)
  • Submitted (statement sent to CH)
  • Processed (Statement Report received from CH)

Payment Report Screen

Status of patient statement file receipt from the EDI Gateway through receipt of PMS.

Status of Payment file from PMS.

  • Successfully Received and Downloaded
  • Awaiting Download
  • In Process
  • File Not Downloaded
File Submitted Date (column) Statement Report Screen

Date statement file submitted to CH.

Number of Statements (column) Statement Report Screen

Total count of ACT records in patient statement file from PMS.

Displays the original file name received from PMS. Select the link to view the file details.

Displays the original file name received from CH.

Column label:
  • Displays the Practice Code (for athenaIDX for Group Management)
  • Displays the Group Code (for athenaIDX and athenaPractice )
Printed (column) Statement Report Screen
Displays the number of printed records from CH Statement Report. Select the link to display the details of the run on the Account Details screen. Only statements in these statuses are displayed:
  • Printed Standardized Address
  • Printed Non-Standardized Address
  • Printed USPS COA Move Update
Processed (column) Statement Report Screen

Displays the number of processed records from CH Statement Report. Select the link to display the details of the run on the Account Details screen for statements with the Processed status.

Processed Date (column)

Patient Payment Screen

Date on which the patient payment file was created.

Provider Group Code (column) Account Details Screen

Represents one provider or an unlimited number of providers that behave as a separate entity within a Group Management practice for reasons of provider confidentiality.

Received Date (column) Statement Report Screen

Date the statement file was received from PMS.

Payment Report Screen

Date on which the patient payment file is received in the EDI gateway.

Run (filter option) Statement Report Screen (filter section)

Filters based on a specific run.

Run ID (column) Statement Report Screen

Displays the run number. Select the link to display the details of the run on the Account Details screen. All statements are displayed regardless of their status.

Settlement Date (filter option) Patient Payment Screen

Date on which the payment was received.

Statement Date (column) Statement Report Screen

Statement date in the PMS statement file.

Statement File Status (filter option) Statement Report Screen (filter section)

  • Suppressed Non-Standardized Address Error
  • Suppressed USPS COA/Non-Forwardable Address
  • Suppressed IXT Global Suppression
  • Suppressed Duplicate Record
  • Suppressed Other Business Rules
Total (column) Statement Report Screen

Displays the sum of the numbers Printed and Suppressed.

Translated File (field) Statement Report Screen under PMS Patient Statement File Details and CH Patient Statement Report Details sections

Displays the translated file name after receiving the file in Payer State. Select the link to view the file details.
